Roads & Transit Open Houses
The Roads & Transit package is nearly finished, and we want to share it with you and get your feedback. That’s why RTID and Sound Transit are hosting Roads & Transit Open Houses across the region in February and March.
Each Open House is from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM with a brief Roads & Transit presentation at 6:00 PM. Staff will be on hand to answer your questions as well as receive your input.
Please attend!
The current draft Roads & Transit package was developed with input from thousands of citizens who told us you want more ways out of traffic, safer roads, and reliable commute times. The package aims to give you those benefits while keeping people and goods moving in our region.
The public comment period closes on March 30. The Roads & Transit package will then be finalized this summer and presented to the region's voters in November 2007.
